<p>The microscope head is used in conjunction with a universal stand and focusing mount. It is designed for observing three-dimensional objects and the details of their structure, maintaining virtual volume and clarity of surface relief. The Greenough optical system provides a large depth of field and produces three-dimensional images thanks to a 15° stereoscopic angle. The microscope head magnifies the image of an object without losing spatial orientation. The head, mounted on a universal stand, can be used for restoration, soldering, assembly, quality control, and other similar activities.</p><p><strong>Microscope Head Type</strong></p><p>The microscope head is trinocular; the digital camera can be installed on the trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter. Additional auxiliary objective lenses with different magnifications are available upon request. The base kit includes 10x/22 mm eyepieces with diopter adjustment and a long eye relief distance for use with eyeglasses. </p><p><strong>Zoom</strong></p><p>The objective smoothly increases magnification up to 8.4x without focus reduction. The optical system provides an upright (non-inverted) three-dimensional image. Additional auxiliary objective lenses can increase the magnification range, as well as modify the field of view and working distance of the microscope.</p><p><strong>Accessories</strong></p><p>A line of accessories is available for this microscope head. Eyepieces and auxiliary objectives can be used to extend the magnification range of the microscope. C-mount adapters connect the camera to the microscope; the adapter magnification is selected based on the camera array size. A digital camera transmits the image from the microscope to a monitor. A calibration slide helps to accurately measure samples. The scale value of the stereomicroscope's calibration slide is 0.1 mm.<br />Ring illuminator for shadow-free illumination of the work area with reflected light.<br />A ring illuminator with a polarizer will eliminate reflections from images taken of polished metal surfaces.<br />A ring illuminator with sector switching and a gooseneck lamp allow for precise adjustment of the work area illumination. The lamp is fixed at the selected angle, creating the necessary highlights and shadows for the study, while the right side of the sample remains illuminated.
